At Wild Wellness Counseling, I provide a compassionate, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and life patterns. Together, we’ll build on your strengths, develop insights, and cultivate new coping strategies that align with your values and goals.
I specialize in working with ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, and eating disorders, tailoring therapy to each individual’s needs. My approach integrates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), narrative therapy, emotion-focused techniques, and behavioral strategies to support personal growth and healing. Our sessions will explore how your past experiences have shaped your self-perception, relationships, and the way you navigate the world.
Through mindfulness and ecotherapy, we’ll reconnect mind and body, deepen self-awareness, and foster a meaningful connection with nature. I incorporate nature-based activities and ecotherapy principles to promote psychological healing and personal transformation.
Sessions are available virtually or as Walk/Hike & Talk therapy.
$150 per 60-minute session.
