There is nothing like fresh air and moving our bodies to help us to being thinking differently and inspired us make the changes we need in our lives to improve out mental, physical and spiritual wellbeing. Through individual counseling, I’ll work alongside you to develop an integrated plan to achieve mental and physical wellbeing—often by combining the practices of Mindfulness-Based Ecotherapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, DBT Skills, walking, hiking and more.
